1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShaadiEasy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including wedding planners, team members, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

ShaadiEasy is a wedding management platform designed for Indian wedding planners. It provides tools for managing vendors, guests, tasks, events, leads, and team collaboration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ShaadiEasy, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of a charge for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of ShaadiEasy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShaadiEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
